Ginger Marcos-Schaller

Ms. Marcos-Schaller serves as Of Counsel for Schumann Rosenberg  & Arevalo LLP. Ms. Marcos-Schaller is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of California, U.S. District Courts of the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the Colorado District Court.

Ms. Marcos-Schaller earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She attended Southwestern University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. Ms. Marcos-Schaller’s practice is focused on general civil litigation, having represented both defense and plaintiffs. She also has represented hundreds of debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcy cases.
