Giselle Jaude

Giselle Jaude serves as Of Counsel with Schumann Arevalo LLP. Ms. Jaude handles complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial including high exposure personal injury matters, products liability, premises liability, construction and real estate disputes, insurance litigation, toxic tort, environmental matters, and landlord-tenant disputes. Her broad defense background allows her to approach litigation with both technical precision and practical strategy. Ms. Jaude is admitted to practice law in all Courts of the State of California.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jaude practiced at national and regional defense firms, where she handled matters from initial evaluation through resolution and trial preparation. She also has experience in probate and conservatorship proceedings, drafting complex petitions and appearing in court on contested matters.

Ms. Jaude earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude (Top 17%), from California Western School of Law. During law school, she served as a Certified Legal Extern with the San Diego Office of the Public Defender, where she advocated on behalf of clients in open court and drafted post-conviction motions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
