Jonathan A. Falcioni

Jonathan A. Falcioni serves as Of Counsel with Schumann Arevalo LLP. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of California, the United States District court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to Schumann Arevalo, Mr. Falcioni spent more than five years representing Plaintiffs in the litigation of personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and civil rights cases. He then spent more than six years defending physicians, dentists, and attorneys in malpractice actions and in administrative board matters, such as investigations by the Medical Board of California, Dental Board of California, and the State Bar of California. He is a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law and was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars annually from 2020-2026.

Mr. Falcioni has also represented clients in numerous appellate matters. He obtained a favorable published decision in California’s Fourth District Court of Appeal in the case of King v. CompPartners, Inc., et al. 243 Cal.App.4th 685 (subsequently reversed by the Supreme Court of California). In addition, he has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

After receiving his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2009, Mr. Falcioni attended Chapman University School of Law where he was the recipient of a full merit scholarship, was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chapman Law Review, Vice President of Chapman’s Public Interest Law Foundation, and worked as an academic fellow to Professor Frank J. Doti for his Contracts I and II classes. Mr. Falcioni also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
