Lindsey M. Hansen

Ms. Hansen serves as Of Counsel with Schumann Arevalo LLP. She became a member of the California State Bar in 2014 and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of California. She brings years of experience in complex civil litigation including products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents (including uninsured/underinsured motorist vehicle litigation), construction defect and all other general liability, complex tort, and contractual dispute matters.

She attended both college and law school in San Diego. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in a rigorous and competitive program, graduating Cum Laude, from San Diego State University, where she was a pre-medical student. While attending San Diego State University, she was a member of numerous Honor Societies including Phi Eta Sigma, Golden Key and Mortar Board. Ms. Hansen briefly attended medical school before ultimately deciding to attend law school and pursue a legal career. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Ms. Hansen’s medical background allows her to bring a unique perspective and approach to each case and injury she handles.

Outside of work, Ms. Hansen prioritizes health and fitness. She enjoys being outdoors and being active, spending time at the gym, hiking and enjoying the ocean. Music has always been a major part of her life and she loves to sing and dance.
